There is two ways to process cancel insurance. First cancel before renew road tax will process through online transfer by taking 3 working days. Second, cancellation after renew road tax only can process on insurance HQ it will take about 1 months for process refund. Any enquiry can contact our support for more information. Except credit card payment will be deduct 2.5% from the refund amount as a cancellation fees.

For all the changes after renew road tax, we can only pass to HQ for an endorsement. It will take 7 – 14 working days to process, an endorsement letter will send back to customer when done.
